Therapy through music is not a contemporary trend, but a necessity. The need to find yourself, to recover, to heal through music.
Working in a group is also an important factor, it helps to understand ourselves, those around us, and those in our lives outside the music therapy group.
Each of us sounds different depending on our temperament, character, life circumstances, environment… In addition, our own music can change under the influence of various factors.
